Dag beste Noorderburen, ik had gisteren weeral een slapeloos nachtje omdat ik niet vond op het net hoe ik zoiets moet oplossen.
Mijn probleem is:
ik heb een heleboel zelf gemaakte 8 mm filmkes (zonder klank) die ik copieerde en van een muziekje wil voorzien en die aan het publiek wil vertonen bij ons hier in de Vlaanders
Na veel zoeken vond ik iets leuks:

Mag ik van zoiets gebruik maken en is dit wettelijk?

MAW : helemaal vrij lijkt dit toch niet te zijn. Het downloaden zelf kost niets maar het gebruik is aan regels gebonden.
