iMac 5K, volume automatisch omhoog

Ik heb hier een Imac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) met de originele Bluetooth muis en toetsenbord, nu gaat de laatste tijd het volume automatisch omhoog tot max (heel irritant!!) en kan totaal niet achterhalen wat dit nu veroorzaakt, zelf met het toetsenbord softwarematig verwijderd en uit blijft dat volume stijgen  :mad:

Internet brengt ook niks, iemand hier misschien een idee?

3 wedervraagjes:
- gebruik je misschien oortjes (al dan niet BT)?
- draai je mss. Windows (Bootcamp, Parallels...)?
- kijk eens in Systeemvoorkeuren > Geluid uit. Is daar iets vreemds te zien?

Nee geen oortjes hier wel een bekabelde Koptelefoon, wel een batterij lader op de desk met bluetooth waarvan ik de bluetooth nu net van uitgeschakeld heb, ook geen windows hier en systeemvoorkeuren ziet er normaal uit.

Wel vergeten te melden in de eerste post dat mijn muis en toetsenbord er wel eens mee stopt en er na zo'n 10s weer inkomt, en als het geluid harder gaat zie je ook de volume slider in beeld.

Btw, muis en toetsenbord hebben geen verwisselbare batterijen.

Tenslotte: heb je het NVRAM al eens gereset (alt-command-p-r tegelijk indrukken bij opstart en wachten tot na de 2de opstartgong om die los te laten)?

Ik vermoed zelf dat het de interne bluetooth module is, dat hij wel eens uitvalt heb ik al een hele tijd last van maar dat is niet zo storend als die auto volume up die ik nu zo'n 2 maanden ervaar.

Nee is een Sennheiser HD-650 die aan een Sound Blaster SB1560 dacje hangt waar ook 2 Tannoy active monitor speakers aan hangen.

Tenslotte: heb je het NVRAM al eens gereset (alt-command-p-r tegelijk indrukken bij opstart en wachten tot na de 2de opstartgong om die los te laten)?

Had ik al eens gedaan zonder resultaat, maar zal het zo nog eens doen.

Btw, het uitzetten van de bluetooth op de lader heeft niet geholpen.

Als het toetsenbord ontkoppeld is en tevens uit staat gaat ook het volume automatisch omhoog.

Zou het kunnen zijn dat je volumeknop (volume verhogen) op je toetsenbord blijft hangen.

Als ik het goed begrijp draait die Soundblaster over USB? In dat geval heeft ie wellicht geen volumeregeling in Systeemvoorkeuren > Geluid uit en Audio Midi setup.

En dan vermoed ik eerder een software/ driverprobleem.
Kan je eens een screenshot posten?

Ja dat ziet er erg verouderd uit.
ReloopPlay.HAL:  (? - installed 2010-05-01), is wellicht een usb DJ audio driver.

De Etrecheck is zoals gewoonlijk een hele doolhof, daar wil ik me later nog wel eens over buigen.

Weet je wanneer het probleem precies begonnen is?
Ik zie nl. dat je onlangs Whatsapp hebt geïnstalleerd. Mogelijk heeft die er iets mee te maken.

Afgelopen 4 dagen 1x een bluetooth loss gehad en geen auto volume up's meer gehad, geen idee wat het nu opgelost heeft maar ik ben happy  :biggrin:
