[Opgelost] Foute mail structuur

Probleem:
-Alleen op de iPhone, niet op de iPad en ook niet op de iMac. De verstuurde mails bij anderen komen wel correct aan.
-Als ik op de iPhone in (Apple) Mail kijk naar "verstuurd", krijg ik niet de inhoud van het bericht, maar de volgende tekst:

"Mijn Naam
   
09:39 (1 uur geleden)
   
aan mij

Dit bericht heeft een structuur die niet kan worden weergegeven. Vraag de afzender om het bericht opnieuw te sturen met een andere structuur of vanuit een ander e-mailprogramma"

Oplossing (nog) niet te vinden op Google.
Vraag: hoe kan ik dit herstellen. Bij voorbaat dank!

Verwijder het bericht, ga dan naar je prullenbak en verplaats het bericht terug naar je inbox. De e-mail zou dan leesbaar moeten zijn. Niet handig, maar het werkt.

Blijkbaar is dit geen nieuw probleem bij Apple, maar lijkt het rond te gaan met verschillende updates.

Een aanvulling hierop, die ik vond op het Apple Community forum:

After you send yourself an e-mail from the Mail app, whether the received e-mail is "readable" or "bad" depends on where you open it first.

1- If you tap on the e-mail in the Inbox folder first, it will be random (so it seems).
If it is "bad" in Inbox, the copy in Sent is also "bad". If you delete the copy in Sent, the one in Inbox will become "readable".
If it is "readable" in Inbox, the copy in Sent is also "readable". If you delete the copy in Sent, the one in Inbox remains "readable".

2- If you tap on the e-mail in the Sent folder first, it will always (so it seems) be "readable". If you then tap on it in the Inbox folder, it will be "readable" there as well.
If you delete it from Inbox, the copy in Sent will become "bad".
If you delete it from Sent, the copy in Inbox will remain "readable".

So basically the bottom line is this:

If you send an e-mail to yourself and it ends up showing "message cannot be displayed" when you open it in Inbox, go to the Sent folder and delete the copy in there. That should make the one in Inbox readable.

Bedankt voor de moeite (zoals altijd!). Je advies werkt! Ik heb je advies apart gezet. Inmiddels zelf ook al een oplossing gevonden:
-bij het verzenden via (Apple) Mail bestaat de optie kopie/blind
-na het invullen van de te verzenden mail, click je op de optie kopie/blind (waar het Apple-mail-adres staat
-het veld van kopie/blind is dan leeg
-na verzending van de mail, staat de mail correct in "Verstuurd"
-Ik beschouw dit probleem dan maar als opgelost!
