handig, ik was net op zoek naar zoiets, NB, file is 15 mb groot, dus 8 mb kleiner geworden door betere compressietechnieken!

Unfortunately, we just discovered that the number of downloads of this book -- nearly 10,000 -- could wind up costing literally thousands of dollars. Literally. We're using a colocation service that charges based on the 9th busiest hour in a month and charges thousands of dollars for the level of usage we might have achieved. We had no idea. Obviously this is my (Glenn here) fault for not planning for the interest in the download. I'm in a state of shock.

For the time being, we have to drop giving the book away. This could actually be financially ruinous for us, this generous act (we thought).

Als iemand de PDF file al heeft, mail me dan even. Ik zal dan even een verzoek plaatsen bij die lui om de file hier ergens te hosten.
