hier is wat Apple erover zegt: (soundcheck juist niet aandoen dus , zou ik sowiso niet gebruiken want
het overschrijft al je songs naar een gemiddeld volume)
Symptom
When playing back a song, the sound volume fluctuates rapidly, or you hear other distortions.
Products affected
iTunes 4
Solution
The built-in effects in iTunes 4 may cause sound volume to fluctuate during playback. This may occur with any
song file (AAC, MP3, or an audio CD). Turn off Sound Check, Sound Enhancer, and the Equalizer effects to
keep this from happening.
Follow these steps to turn off Sound Enhancer and Sound Check:
1. Open iTunes
2. Choose iTunes > Preferences
3. Click the Effects icon
4. If Sound Check or Sound Enhancer are selected, click the checkbox to deselect them.
5. Click OK.
Follow these steps to turn off the Equalizer:
1. Choose Window > Equalizer
2. If the On checkbox is selected, click the checkbox to deselect it.
