OS 9.1 vs OS 8.5 Resolutie probleem

Ik heb hier een Preforma 5400 staan (black  :cool: ). Nu draaide ik er OS 9.1 op en kon een resolutie kiezen tot 1024x786 bij miljoen kleuren. Nu heb ik er voor dde gein eens os 8.5 geïnstalleerd maar nu kom ik maar tot 800x600. Nu vraag ik me af warom? Iemand een idee. Is niet van levens belang maar is wel een leuk knutzel ding.

Dan heeft lowendmac het maar half goed. de 5400/160 en 180 kunnen het wel: kijk maar Ik denk dat om wat voor reden ook dat deze resolutie niet meer bij de voorkeursresoluties staat. Kies dus voor 'Alle' in het regelpaneel 'Beeldschermen' en kies daarna wat je hebben wilt.

@ hitchhiker: Dat heb ik geprobeerd, maar het werkt niet. Het is idd de 180Mhz versie. Dus toch maar weer 9.1 installeren, denk ik. 8.5 is volgens mij ook niet sneller.

Dan inderdaad maar terug 9.1, zou zeker mijn voorkeur boven 8.5 hebben. :withstupid:

Dat kan ook... maar ik denk ook dat ik de preforma weg doe en dan een 6100 of 8100 gebruik, hiervoor heb ik nog een G3-266 liggen. En ik kan er lekker een groter scherm op aan sluiten, lekkere 19" ofzo.
