Heb net ter controle Etrecheck gedraaid op mijn iMac late 2015. Er zit 32GB RAM in de machine en toch geeft Etrecheck bij System Launch Agents: "25 processes killed due to insufficient RAM" aan en bij System Launch Daemons: "14 processes killed due to insufficient RAM". Daar snap ik, gezien die 32GB RAM, geen sikkepit van. Ik heb gisteren wel een melding van het OS gehad dat er te weinig RAM was, dat gebeurde toen ik een panorama foto van 3,12 GB aan het bewerken was en enkele flink zware programma's had lopen. Kan dat te maken hebben met de insufficient RAM meldingen?

Daarnaast komen er nog twee rode foutmeldingen in het rapport voor. Ik het eerste stuk van het Etrecheck rapport waar rode meldingen in voorkomen geplakt. Zijn er onder jullie techneuten die me hier meer over kunnen vertellen? Dank jullie wel.

Juist het laatste stuk geeft info over RAM gebruik, dus die moet er wel bij.

Tip: de-installeer F-secure. Vreet resources, en doet niks zinvols.

+1 MacFrankie: F-secure moet weg.
Is trouwens voor niks nodig op Mac OS.

het hulpprogramma Activiteitenweergave laat je de geheugen en cpu druk zien van de processen. Klik op het geheugen tabje om de grootste slurperts bovenaan te zetten. dan weet je precies wie de boosdoener is.

Dank je wel voor jullie zeer goede advies. Nadat ik F-secure heb verwijderd is er in het Etrecheck rapport geen enkel rood regeltje meer te bespeuren.

En is je Macje nu ook sneller, zoals het geval was in het draadje uit mijn MF link?
