Als je een poosje aan het internetten bent en een nieuwe site wil bezoeken is dit haast niet meer mogelijk  of met veel moeite.
Sluit je safari af en opent het opnieuw dan gaat het weer snel..
Geschiedenissen wissen of adblockers sluiten helpt ook niet..
We kunnen er niet achter komen wat het is

Ik wil maar zeggen: probeer wat meer info te geven. 

Heb je bijvoorbeeld veel vensters of tabs open staan?
Verwijder anders je geschiedenis of leeg het cache eerst voordat je een nieuwe computer koopt.

-Tahoe 26.0.1 maar voor Tahoe was er ook al de zelfde probleem
-Geschiedenis al eens leeggemaakt gaat paar uur goed daarna zelfde probleem
-Geen extra tab bladen open

Kwestie van je Internetsnelheid een keer testen.

Maar gezien je verklaring dat het na verloop van tijd steeds trager wordt is het wellicht een (te) weinig geheugen probleem. Misschien (te) veel programma's tegelijk open ?

Hoeveel geheugen zit er in je Mac ?

Schakel al je extensies in Safari eens uit, gebruik je Private Relay ?, probeer eens een andere DNS-server of doe de Flix Test (test gebruiker aanmaken en proberen).

Als herstarten van Safari helpt, dan heeft de Airport Extreme er weinig mee te maken lijkt me.
Zijn er specifieke sites die je vaak bezoekt of permanent in een tab open hebt staan? Gebruik je adblockers of andere plugins in Safari?

Dit ga ik volgen. Hier precies hetzelfde. Ik dacht dat het met mijn internetverbinding te maken had.

Heb zowel een MacStudio M2 als een Macbook pro m1 die beiden nog op Sequoia 15.7.1 draaien.

Het viel me altijd op dat ik downloads nog wel kan doen tegen de maximum snelheid van 103MB/sec.
Surfen is niet vooruit te branden zoals TS ook heeft.

ik had onlangs hetzelfde voor op mijn Tahoe-Mac mini.
Na uitzetten van door mij eerder toegevoegde adblock extenties in Safari was het opgelost.

Hoeveel tijd is "een poosje"? Minuten? Uren? Dagen?

Maak een nieuwe gebruiker aan op je Mac, log daarop in en ga eens lekker surfen. Gaat dat wel goed?

Denk je dat ik en iedereen hier die hele video gaat bekijken en gaat bijhouden wanneer wat wordt gezegd?
Als je gewoon even meldt wat je hebt gedaan, is het veel duidelijker, en hebben mensen er misschien ook nog wat aan als die video een keer offline gaat.

Enfin; je hebt al 12 dagen niet meer herstart. Dat is bij een probleem toch altijd één van de eerste acties die je beter kan uitvoeren. Maar goed, het probleem bestaat al langer dan 12 dagen?
Ik zie ook Little Snitch staan; ik kan me herinneren dat die traag internet gaf bij Tahoe. Haal dat ding eens volledig weg. (Waarom staat ie er überhaupt op; gebruik je 'm met reden?)

Restart je Mac eens. Dat mag best na twaalf dagen, als je problemen ondervindt.

En Little Snitch staat blijkbaar ook al met een bepaalde status op je Mac.
