Ik weet het, de zoveelste vraag over video iChat (hoop dat ze maandag een keer een goede versie uitbrengen)

Een collega van mij heeft een Speedtouch 510 modem waar ik poort 5060 heb opengezet (dit schijnt het euvel te zijn bij dit modem). Als ik appleu3test01 (test account Apple) gebruik krijg ik beeld. Als ik videi ichat met een andere collega middels haar computer gaat het ook goed.

Ik kom thuis, wil met haar iChatten, lukt niet.... Ik heb ook het test account gecheckt, geen probleem. Elke keer krijgen we de melding dat er geen verbinding tot stand gebracht kan worden. Ook audio werkt niet. Skype met video werkt overigens wel.

Heeft iemand hier een oplossing voor?

Ik heb destijds ook alles uitgetest. Heb iChat laten vallen en we gebruiken (al mijn correspondenten)  nu met succes iVisit. Ook tussen Mac OS en PC werkt het.

probeer dit eens:

1. use your browser to enter the Alcatel's settings (via 10.0.0.138)

2. Got to Advanced, then NAPT, and click the last tab on the right - UPnP

3. Change this from 'Secure' to 'Full'

4.
- Open Terminal
- type - telnet 10.0.0.138 and hit return
- give your user name
- admire the the ASCII drawing
- type at the =>prompt: nat unbind then hit return
- at the 'application = ' prompt, type SIP and return
- at the 'port = ' prompt, type 5060 and return
- at the '[port_end] =' prompt, type 5060 and return
- Quit Terminal

5. go back to the internet browser showing the router settings

6. Hit the 'Save All' text at the top left of the screen
