Heb hier de Western Digital 1 TB My Book Media draaien. Deze draait sinds 5 juli j.l., beetje kort om van ervaring te kunnen spreken. Mijn 1ste indruk is heel positief, aansluiten, de meegeleverde software verwijderen en draaien maar. Enig nadeel is dat de kabel alleen geschikt is voor Firewire 400, de nieuwe iMac heeft 800. Ander kabeltje kopen dus.
De drive schakelt zichzelf aan en uit met de computer, en kan niet uitgaan als er data geschreven wordt.
