Is er iemand in geslaagd met de nieuwe logmein zijn mac vanop afstand uit sluimerstand te halen?
Bij mij lukt het niet.

Met safari al helemaal niet. Krijg ik een foutmelding van de logmein piug. Met firefox tot net voor de deur.

Kan je niet helpen maar ben wel heel benieuwd of dit via Logmein gaat werken.

Vanaf mijn MBP kan ik mijn imac uit sluimerstand sinds snow leopard. Dus het werkt. Alleen nog niet met logmein. Terwijl zij op hun site al wel in een soort tips (die ik nu even niet meer zie) laten weten dat het zou moeten werken.

heb intussen de kennisgeving gevonden op de logmein site:

Over welk knopje 'next to the computer that's off' ik moet klikken is me een raadsel. En via het submenu staat 'switch on' grijs...

Gebruik jij de gratis variant of de betaalde?

Aan de screendump te zien is het de gratis versie. Zou dat uitmaken dan? Heeft iemand met de Pro versie het dan wel aan de praat?

@tantepoes: ik gebruik de gratis versie. Maar zou niet mogen uitmaken toch? Staat nergens dat het enkel met de Pro versie werkt.

Wake on wireless werkt dus nog niet, alhoewel het al wel op hun site staat. Hier het antwoord:

Hello ,

By default, the Safari browser for the Snow Leopard operating system (Mac OS X 10.6) runs as a 64-bit application, which is not compatible with the LogMeIn plugin. In order to use the LogMeIn plugin for Mac with Snow Leopard, you will need to run Safari in a 32-bit mode. To make Safari run in 32-bit mode, please do the following:
In Finder, go to Applications and right-click (or Control-click) on Safari.
In the context menu click "Get Info".
In the General section of the Info window, turn on "Open in 32-bit mode". Do not turn on "Open using Rosetta"
Restart Safari. LogMeIn should now work.
Note:
This change will cause all browser plugin applications to run in 32-bit mode in Safari.

Note:
The current version of LogMeIn Free can be installed on a Host computer running OS X Snow Leopard.
