Vectornator Pro is vanaf nu helemaal gratis
Op een computer kan je werken met bitmaps, plaatjes die uit pixels zijn opgebouwd en die bij sterke vergroting altijd aan kwaliteit zullen inboeten. Een andere optie zijn vectoren, doordat die werken met wiskundige punten kan je daarbij enorm uitvergroten zonder kwaliteitsverlies.
Vectoren worden vooral gebruikt bij het maken van logo's en dergelijke en dus ook vooral voor professioneel gebruik. Op de Mac is de standaard om met vectoren te werken onder andere Adobe's Illustrator, voor iOs bestaan er meerdere goede programma's voor. Eén daarvan is Vectornator Pro en het goede nieuws is dat de makers daarvan besloten hebben om deze app helemaal gratis te maken.
De enige systeemeis is dat je minimaal iOS 10.0 op je iDevice hebt staan, welk device dat is maakt niet uit. Maar dit werkt natuurlijk het best op een iPad, en dan liefst op een iPad Pro of de iPad 6 met Apple Pencil.
