Je kon hier op MacFreak al eerder zien dat Apple een update voor macOS Sonoma heeft uitgebracht, die onder andere de veiligheid moet verbeteren. Maar Apple laat de gebruikers van de voorgaande twee versies van macOS nooit in de kou staan, dus staat er ook voor hen ook een update klaar.

Hierbij gaat het niet om een update voor het systeem zelf, alleen Safari wordt in dit geval bijgewerkt. Niet zo vreemd, want in beide gevallen worden er gaten in WebKit gedicht.
