Ik kon het toch niet laten om verder op het internet te kijken of er meerdere mensen hetzelfde probleem ondervonden en een oplossing haddden gevonden. Nu heb ik een oplossing, maar thuis nog niet getest. Ik zit nu nog op mijn werk maar was zo enthousiast dat ik het jullie toch wilde vertellen. Het is wel nog in het engels, maar dat moet voor de meeste toch geen probleem zijn?!
1. Putting your powerbook to sleep (close the lid)
2. Connect the TV and turn it on. (Mine's a Sony w/ S-Video input)
3. Wake the powerbook (open the lid) - The TV should flicker once indicating the OS sees it.
4. Go to (System Prefs - Displays - Arrange) and drag the white menu bar from the powerbook screen to the TV screen. All your desktop stuff should then move to the TV.
5. Close System Prefs
6. Stick in a DVD and press play - away you go!
7. When you're done, close DVD Player, open System Prefs and drag the menu bar back to the powerbook screen (yes, I know, your desktop icons are scattered everywhere - sorry).
Note - Full screen mode only works while DVD Player is the task with input focus - as soon as you switch to something else (e.g. Explorer - I am writing this on the powerbook screen and watching DVD on the TV) it will go back to windowed display. Too bad... I was almost satisfied...
