Photomator 3.4 introduces a whole new way to organize photos with flags, star ratings, and advanced filtering options, bringing powerful workflows for culling photos on Mac.Flags and Star RatingsEasily organize photos by adding star ratings, flagging favorites, or rejecting unwanted shots.Quickly mark a photo by clicking the flag icon inside a photo’s thumbnail or using the Flag and Reject buttons in the toolbar.You can also add flags and set ratings by choosing them from the Info window, shortcut menu, the Image menu at the top, or by using keyboard shortcuts.Instantly mark favorite shots by pressing Z, reject photos by pressing X, and remove flags by pressing U.You can also add star ratings to photos by pressing numbers 1 through 5 on your keyboard and remove ratings by pressing 0.When editing photos in the filmstrip, use the Shift key in combination with any of these shortcuts to set a flag or rating and select the next photo.Easily find imported photos and photos with flags and star ratings in the all-new Utilities collection.In View > Metadata, you can now customize the type of metadata shown on the thumbnail of each photo and change the type of star rating displayed.Enhanced Filtering and SearchPhotomator now allows you to filter photos by file type, flag, star rating, file name, and include or exclude photos with edits.On macOS Sequoia, you can also filter photos by date and location.Quickly access the filtering options in the toolbar or on the right side of the filmstrip.On the right side of the filmstrip, also find the new More menu with options for quickly sorting photos or hiding the filmstrip.Sync Ratings and Flags With Other AppsEasily import photos with preserved ratings and flags into Photomator's Files browser from photo editing apps like Adobe Lightroom and others that store flags and ratings in image metadata or XMP files.The changes made to flags and ratings in Photomator's Files browser will be visible in other editing apps that can open information stored in image metadata or XMP files.Scan your entire photo library for flagged and rated photos by selecting Scan Photos for Ratings and Flags in the File menu.Other ImprovementsWhen you Control-click a photo in the browser or filmstrip, the shortcut menu now displays keyboard shortcuts, making it easy to learn how to perform quick actions with your photos.In the Photos browser, Other Albums has been renamed to Media Types, and the Hidden album has been moved to the Utilities collection.
@nnsaJe eerste link verwijst vlgs mij naar een vergelijk tussen het oude Pixelmator (niet Photomator) met het nieuwere Pixelmator Pro.
Ik heb Photomator (toen nog: Pixelmator Photo geheten) ooit gratis bekomen via een tip van Robert:https://www.macfreak.nl/nieuwsberichten/pixelmator-photo-pro-editor-op-dit-moment-helemaal-gratis/Die license werkt nog steeds. De app is er inmiddels niet goedkoper op geworden.
